Return & Cancellation Policies
For any undamaged product, I must be notified within 48 hours of delivery of return request through email or instagram. The product must be repackaged & returned to post office in a maximum of 5-days of the date you notified me. I will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Any product returned later than the 7-days from delivery will not be eligible for refund. Please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: Any rugs delivered & opened by recipient after 7 days from receiving rug or not contacting Brodie after 48 hours of receiving the rug. All custom orders are non-refundable after agreement of commission. Any payment made before, during, or after rug process is underway is not eligible for refund. (iii) Owner of Brodie Rugs (Brodie Altiere) can use his own discretion with all refunds or cancelations.
