In Stock Items

All items are shipped out within 5 business days of purchase. If I am unable to fulfill the order in the 5 business days for any reason (out of town) I will notify you of the delay with in 3 business days of purchase. When package is dropped of at the post office, I will personally send you the tracking number so you can receive updates.

Custom Ordered Items

All items are shipped out within 5 business days of rug completion with no outstanding debts. All payments must be fully completed (including shipping) before package is exchanged with shipping carrier.
